Eligibility
A third-year fellow at one of the Cleveland, Akron, or Canton OB/GYN programs, whose faculty are active members of CLESOG, may be nominated or apply.
Award
- Certificate and $500
- Chosen by the CLESOG Executive Committee
- Announced at the CLESOG Resident and Fellow's Research Day 2027

- Brief personal statement on why you should be considered
- Nomination letter from a chief resident or faculty member
- Letter of recommendation from your program director
- Updated CV listing jobs, experience, awards, honors, and research related to women's health
- Any other supporting materials you'd like to include
